QPR defender Steven Caulker is delighted to be playing for manager Chris Ramsey.
Ramsey helped bring through Caulker at Tottenham.
Caulker told the London Evening Standard: "I'm forever thankful [to Ramsey] and have full belief in his coaching abilities. Everyone has really bought into his training and tactics. When you have that togetherness you have every chance of going out there and winning.
"I'm glad he got the job, he's brought a breath of fresh air to the club, a tactical style we want to play with. We feel confident going into games now that we can get results.
"He's out on the training pitch every day, he's getting us playing football, playing out from the back.
"He has got us more organised in our shape, defensively and attacking wise. That's important."
