Recent reports suggest that QPR are set to make a £5million move for Blackburn Rovers defender Christopher Samba.
The 27-year old Congolese centre-back has been linked with a number of clubs for the past year or so with Press Association Sport indicating that the R's are the latest club to be preparing an offer for Rovers.
QPR boss Neil Warnock is desperate to add to his squad for the second half of the season and has reportedly been given funds by owner Tony Fernandes to bring in Samba as well as one or two others.
