QPR clinch agreement for Chelsea's Sinclair

QPR have clinched an agreement for Chelsea striker Scott Sinclair.

Rangers have broken their pay structure and beaten eight other Championship clubs to capture Sinclair, 18, on-loan to the end of the season.
