QPR chief Philip Beard admits they're preparing a hectic summer market.
Beard knows QPR have no time to waste as they prepare for their return to the top-flight.
"Yesterday was a bank holiday but it certainly was not a day off for us," he said. "We are already into the summer, so we need to sit down quickly and think about how we are going to move forward.
"We had a Plan A and a Plan B, so we can now put Plan A in place. We will be working hard but I would rather be in this position than not."
