QPR boss Neil Warnock is chasing West Ham United striker Benni McCarthy.

The South Africa international remains on the outer at West Ham and his agent has spoken of a move to MLS this year.

But the Daily Mail says Warnock hopes to sign him for the R's.

QPR would look to an initial loan agreement for the former Bafana Bafana captain.
