QPR chairman Tony Fernandes has confirmed the signing of Marseille midfielder Stephane Mbia.

Mbia joins the Rs as part of a deal which takes Joey Barton to Marseille.

Fernandes tweeted: "Stephane Mbia has signed for QPR. That's the window done. Very pleased."
