QPR captain Clint Hill has urged manager Harry Redknapp not to break up their promotion winning squad.
The Rs are back in the Premier League after their playoff win over Derby County.
"I just hope as a club we do it properly, that's all I want and I'm sure we will," Hill said.
"I just want us not to go after these big names players like we probably did [last time]. Let's get a team that really wants to be here and let's build this club up how it should be done and I'm sure the owners will do that."
