QPR boss Neil Warnock has told Adel Taarabt to buck up his ideas about demanding new contract talks.
Warnock stripped Taarabt of the QPR captaincy this week, handing the armband to Joey Barton, and yesterday said Taarabt should ask for a new contract only if he can hit 10 goals before Christmas.
"There are plenty before him - me included," said Warnock.
"He's got to do his talking on the field. When you've had a good game for an hour, you don't start spouting."
