QPR boss Neil Warnock may adjust his tactics to help Jay Bothroyd in front of goal.
Bothroyd has yet to find the net since joining from Cardiff on a free transfer in the summer.
Warnock said: "We have been isolating him a little bit and it's a hard job when you're up there on your own. He just has to keep going. Obviously strikers thrive on goals and he needs one to kickstart his season.
"We know we have got limitations and scoring goals is not easy because of the way we play. We are looking at changing tactics before or during a game when we're at home. That doesn't necessarily mean we're playing two up front - it is difficult when you have Taarabt because we have to accommodate him and there are bound to be days when you can't."
