QPR boss Neil Warnock wants to extend the loan of Tottenham midfielder Adel Taarabt into next season.

Warnock hopes to convince Spurs boss Harry Redknapp to allow Taarabt to remain at Loftus Road.

He said: "He's enjoyed playing under me, and there's no reason why he shouldn't continue.

"But we'll need to ask that question a bit later to both Harry and Tarbs - but I will definitely be asking."
