QPR boss Neil Warnock is confident landing his January transfer targets.

Warnock is confident of landing the players he believes he needs to ensure survival in Rangers' first year back in the big time.

"We've got certain areas we want to improve and I think we'll get the players that we want," he said. "We are very close to that.

"Obviously it changes day to day, which players become available and which you think you can buy or you can loan, but we're really working hard at the minute.

"We've had that many conference calls with the chairman and the vice chairman and owners all over the world."
