QPR boss Neil Warnock says Arsenal should push the boat out for Everton defender Phil Jagielka.
Warnock was Jagielka's boss at Sheffield United four years ago when the defender signed for Everton.
Warnock, whose side won 1-0 at Goodison, said: "I told Arsene to sign him and Paddy Kenny when we got relegated at Sheffield United. He didn't listen.
"It is not for me to look at other clubs and say what is what. But I feel that last year Arsenal would have won the league with Phil Jagielka.
"That's as a fan looking at it."
