QPR boss Harry Redknapp has revealed they'll demand a fee for Julio Cesar. The Brazil goalkeeper is being linked with Arsenal and AS Roma.
Redknapp said: "Cesar wants to go to Arsenal does he? Really? I could understand it but it would take a top offer for us to part with him.
"He's a Brazilian international and a top keeper, but the offer has to be right for the club."
