QPR boss Harry Redknapp admits he'd like to sign Tottenham winger Andros Townsend.

Redknapp is hoping to bolster his options in January and has been linked with a move for the 23-year-old.

But the R's boss admits they will struggle to land Townsend, who has featured 14 times for Spurs this term.

He said: "I don't think we have got a chance of getting him. He was in the team the other night. I wouldn't see them loaning him out."
