QPR boss Harry Redknapp is confident his old club Tottenham will beat Arsenal today.
Redknapp wrote in The Sun: "Tottenham are about to end 18 YEARS of hurt and finish above local rivals Arsenal in the Premier League.
"It came within a whisker of happening last season, with just a point between them.
"But as we await today's big derby between the two teams, the balance of power has shifted to White Hart Lane.
"If you go through the squads, Tottenham are man for man better than Arsenal.
"Arsene Wenger's Gunners have 15 or 16 good players and a few individuals who would get into the Spurs team.
"But, as a manager, which squad would you rather have? No contest.
"Tottenham can put two Premier League-quality players into any position."
