QPR boss Harry Redknapp wants Adel Taarabt to just thump his penalties from now on.
The Moroccan's placed spot-kick was well saved by Norwich keeper Mark Bunn in their 0-0 draw at Loftus Road last week.
Redknapp, whose side travel to Swansea today, said: "If Adel's still confident about taking them then he can.
"I just have my own views on how they should be taken.
"I think you need to put your laces through it, like Ray Stewart and Julian Dicks used to at West Ham.
"So I will have a word with him about that.
"But I don't want to say too much in case the keeper saves our next one and says 'Thanks Harry'."
