QPR boss Harry Redknapp has taken a swipe at Liverpool over pulling out of a deal for new Chelsea signing Loic Remy.
The Blues announced the arrival of the France striker as a replacement for Fernando Torres on Sunday - a month after the Anfield giants decided to pull the plug on a move for the player following a check on his physical condition.
Redknapp said: "Why Liverpool didn't take him, I don't know.
"I think there were a couple of clubs that were half-interested this week and had a look at him. Then Chelsea came in and it's Champions League for him and everything else.
"You would never risk it. He's a fit lad, he's never had a problem."
