QPR boss Redknapp: Sherwood will keep saying it straight at Spurs

QPR boss Harry Redknapp isn't surprised to see Tim Sherwood having a pop at his Tottenham players publicly.

Sherwood played for Redknapp at Portsmouth and, more recently, the QPR boss also employed him as Under 21s coach when he was manager at White Hart Lane.

"I am not surprised to be honest, I know Tim and that is him, what you see is what you get," Redknapp said.

"I am not saying it is right but he is not going to come on and f**** around on things.

"He'll come out and say what he sees and what the fans will see, probably. And he speaks from the heart and that's the way he is.

"That is what you get with Tim Sherwood, he is not going to come up with all the excuses in the book about why they've played badly or why they've not won.

"If he feels that they've not put it all in then he will tell you.

"You get frustrated after a game and it is easily done when you're frustrated and you've been beaten like that."
