QPR boss Harry Redknapp refused to respond to Joey Barton's Twitter rant after their relegation was confirmed yesterday.
Barton, on-loan at Marseille, branded some of QPR's players as "maggots" following the draw with Reading.
Redknapp would only say: "I don't want to sit here and start criticising people. If that is Joey's opinion then it's his opinion.
"It is all about good players and good professionals. If you have got good players it is the easiest job in the world.
"There are problems within the club, it has not been an easy club to manage. But if it had been easy, I wouldn't have got the job - Mark Hughes would have still been sitting here now." \
