QPR boss Harry Redknapp is putting off a knee op so to be available for the start of the Premier League season.
Get West London says the troublesome knee has received alternative medical treatment, but not the full-blown operation.
Speculation during the season suggested Harry might quit management if the knee continued to be a concern, although the manager has always refuted it.
