QPR boss Harry Redknapp wants to help West Ham United midfielder Ravel Morrison reach his potential.
Redknapp says Morrison has the potential, like Paul Gascoigne, to blossom on a much bigger stage after he helped end the Hoops' run of five matches without a win with two goals in victory over Birmingham City.
"Ravel was different class," Redknapp said. "He's a fantastic footballer and should go on to become one of the great English players of his generation.
"Some of the stuff he did was unbelievable. He floats past people. He was unplayable at times.
"His two goals were fantastic and he showed why people are so excited about the boy."
