QPR boss Harry Redknapp knows he needs to find a goal scorer.
Redknapp accepts the squad is imbalanced and lacks strikers and centre-backs. Letting in goals and then not scoring - they have 11 in 15 games - is not a winning combination.
"It's a problem, we're short of goals," said Redknapp, who took charge a week ago. "We were relying on Jamie Mackie, on Adel Taarabt or Shaun Wright-Phillips.
"We're not overloaded with goalscorers at the club - that's obvious."
