QPR boss Harry Redknapp admits he struggled to celebrate Christmas yesterday.
His Hoops' 1-0 loss at Newcastle on Saturday completely ruined his Christmas Day.
Redknapp, whose struggling side host West Brom this afternoon, said: "I spent all day thinking about football all the time, nothing else. I couldn't switch off.
"The trip back from Newcastle was one of the worst ever.
"Saturday night coming home for me was like, phew, terrible.
"It's ridiculous really. I get so low it's scary. Horrendous. You have to pick yourself up, but it's just a nightmare. You think 'Is it right? Is it worth it?'
"When my wife Sandra sees what I'm like at the weekend she probably wishes I wasn't back at work. I can't help it, though, it's just the way I am.
"I can't be bothered with anyone. I'm just a f***ing nightmare, an absolute nightmare. It's scary, it's wrong."
