QPR boss Redknapp: I don't care what anybody says!

QPR boss Harry Redknapp has hit back at critics of his January spending.

Redknapp rejected those who have suggested January deals such as Christopher Samba's represent a massive gamble for a side bottom of the table.

"We bought three players in on transfer deadline day," he began. "Everyone is going on about Samba. You will sell Samba at the end of the season if you want to sell Samba because Samba should be playing for a top four team.

"I don't care what anybody says. He is a monster of a player. He is as quick as lightning. Fantastic in the air, can play. He has got the lot. He is the full ticket. At the end of the year, if it doesn't go well, they will go and get £12m for Samba, not a danger."
