The Mirror says Cisse is set to go to the Middle East on a six-month loan.
Cisse, 31, could go to Qatar to make way for £7m Marseille striker Loic Remy.
QPR chairman Tony Fernandes is trying to balance the books and France international Cisse has not got much of a look-in under Redknapp.
