QPR manager Harry Redknapp has cooled talk of any possible move for Inter Milan playmaker Wesley Sneijder.
The frozen-out Dutchman is looking for a way out at the San Siro and was recently linked with a surprise shift to Loftus Road.
Although Redknapp would love a player like Sneijder at his club, he suggested that the former Ajax and Real Madrid is out of his clubs price range.
"I was asked by one agent if I wanted to sign Sneijder," said Redknapp.
"Of course I do. However, he's on about £200,000 a week and now he wants to join QPR?
"I won't name the agent, but let's just say I think a deal is unlikely."
