QPR boss Chris Ramsey is confident an England call for Charlie Austin will come.

Austin missed out on a space on Roy Hodgson's squad for their recent internationals against Lithuania and Italy as Harry Kane was preferred.

Ramsey said: "Charlie was very unlucky. As much as we see people coming in there aren't many people called up for such an honour.

"If he keeps doing what he's doing it's only a matter of time before he gets picked.

"Charlie Austin does the uncoachable thing and scores goals so that has it's place ahead of anything else."
