QPR boss Hughes waiting for new-look team to settle

QPR boss Mark Hughes admits so many changes in the summer means his team will take time to bed down.

Hughes is still to decide what his best side is.

"It is difficult at the moment because, in terms of selection, it is too fragmented because of injuries, people not being available and we have got guys at different levels - some haven't had a full pre-season," he said.

"So early in the season it is difficult to get that solidity in terms of selection and players playing with each other week in, week out, that you need if you are going to build performances and gain results in a very difficult League. We haven't got that at the moment and until we do, then we will have situations where we will find it difficult to get results. But it needs to improve quickly."
