QPR boss Mark Hughes has told Anton Ferdinand to cop fans' taunts on the chin.
Ferdinand, who was the victim in John Terry's race case, has no "previous" with West Brom but was the subject of booing early on, although it died down as Steve Clarke's side recorded their fourth consecutive home victory.
Hughes said: "You expect to receive some flak when you go to away games but if he was singled out, there isn't much we can do about it. If that was the case, then he has got to be big enough to handle it."
