QPR boss Mark Hughes says Adel Taarabt can be a star if he embraces the Premier League culture.

Taarabt was outstanding for victory over Arsenal.

"At Premier League level you have to understand the game and be involved totally from the first minute to the last minute, not just flit in and flit out," said Hughes.

"He's got an undoubted talent and he just needs to harness it. If he listens to what myself and the coaches tell him he'll be a top Premier League player."
