QPR boss Mark Hughes is happy to be working for Tony Fernandes.

Ex-Manchester City boss Hughes is also glad he is working for Fernandes and not former owner Flavio Briatore after seeing last week's BBC documentary The Four Year Plan.

Sparky added: "Given my experience in the past, I wouldn't probably have come during the Four Year Plan.

"Sometimes you're not quite sure what you are walking in to.

"But it's a completely different operation today. We are going with the right direction with fantastic owners who want to drive the club forward and we want to be part of that."
