QPR have made a bid for Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor.

QPR boss Harry Redknapp has made a £2million bid for Newcastle's United's out-of-favour central defender Taylor, says the Sunday Express.

Taylor was called into Roy Hodgson's squad for the World Cup qualifier in San Marino in March.

Toon want around £5m for the player.
