QPR have told West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker they can match his wages.
The Mirror says QPR are willing to pay West Ham's Scott Parker his £70,000-a-week salary in full if he joins them either in a permanent move or on loan.
Their move for Parker has hit Tottenham's hopes of landing the England midfielder on the cheap.
