QPR beat Anzhi Makhachkala to land Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung.
The Korea Joongang Daily says Anzhi, a mystery Bundesliga club and at least one other London-based Barclays Premier League club also held talks with Park.
The South Korea icon signed for the Rs earlier this week.
