QPR alerted as Fulham consider cut-price AJ sale

Fulham could sell Andy Johnson for a knockdown price in January.

The People says AJ could leave Fulham in January for just £1million if he fails to agree a new deal.

His contract expires next year and the club recently made a new offer with improved terms from when the two parties last spoke.

But there is still no agreement and an increasing expectation within the club that the forward - who joined Fulham for £10.5m from Everton in 2008 - could move when the transfer window reopens.

QPR - who he recently scored a hat-trick against - are waiting to snap him up and he would also be interested in a move abroad.
