Qatar Airways are being linked with the new £100 million sponsorship of Manchester United's training kit.
The Daily Mail says United, who bought out the two remaining seasons of their £10m-a-year deal with DHL in order to maximise opportunities, have signed an eight-year partnership but are delaying the unveiling.
The heavy Qatar conjecture follows United’s need for a new airline partner after Turkish Airlines failed to renew. And Qatar are spending whatever it takes to change attitudes about their hosting of the 2022 World Cup.
