Southampton winger Jason Puncheon is happy playing for manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Puncheon says Saints are improving under new boss Pochettino.

"It's been really good. It's a lot more high pressing and the way we hunt the ball," he said. "My own role has not really differed in an attacking sense, but obviously in the defending sense he wants me to win the ball back early in their final third."
