Stoke City boss Tony Pulis is bristling over missing out on Newcastle United signing Moussa Sissoko.
The Daily Mail says Pulis is unhappy at the amount of money that is being pumped into the club's youth academy instead of his own transfer budget, with Stoke chairman Peter Coates trying to focus on developing homegrown talent.
Stoke have subsequently missed out on key transfer targets, including Sissoko before he joined Newcastle.
