Tony Pulis joins Crystal Palace as the club's highest ever paid manager.

The Sunday Mirror says Pulis' deal is worth around £7million - and he will immediately sort out a new backroom team.

Millen is set to have a run in the dugout and Pulis may also ask Paul Jewell to join his staff.

The ex-Wigan, Derby and Ipswich manager is out of the game and doing media work.

Pulis will be on an initial £40,000-a-week - the most Palace have ever paid a boss.
