Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis is in the market for a new midfield signing.
The Croydon Advertiser says Palace have been linked with Steven Nzonzi of Stoke City after he has reportedly handed in a transfer request in May for the second consecutive season.
The 25-year-old played under Pulis in his time at the club.
Reports are also circulating that Palace and Swansea are interested in Southampton midfielder Jack Cork.
Cork could become the latest player to depart Southampton in what is turning out to be a miserable summer for Saints fans.
