Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis admits organisation has been key to their improved results since his arrival.
They have been disciplined and organised in a 4-4-2 system that has seen them concede just seven goals in eight games. That defensive record has given them a platform to build on and the Pulis effect has re-energised a squad who were put together in haphazard fashion in the summer.
"We have got ourselves a little bit more organised, in respect that the players know what I expect from them week-in, week-out," said Pulis.
"That has most probably been the difference. That is no disrespect to anything that happened before. I have looked at the players and certain people suit certain positions.
"I do not like classrooms or my own little office, I would rather be out on the grass and working with the players. I enjoy coaching and working with the lads.
"The one thing I have always done is try to organise teams and get them set up in a way that they always know what they are doing when they have got the ball and when they have not got it. We are working hard and I enjoy that."
