Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has assured fans of more signings following the capture of Dave Kitson.
The Potters smashed their transfer record last week to bring in the Reading forward, but have been fairly quiet overall in the summer transfer market.
But Pulis told BBC Radio Stoke: "We will get more players in, it's just a matter of time, most people understand the way these things work.
"I will always try and put the football club first and that means doing the best deals I can with the chairman's [Peter Coates] money."
