Pulis: Kitson can have Stoke future

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has told Dave Kitson he has a future at the Brit.

Pulis is adamant that the £5.5million signing from Reading is still an important member of the squad after his goal in this week's FA Cup win over Manchester City.

"I'm just pleased for Dave because he's had a very up and down career here," Pulis told the Stoke Sentinel.

"I had a chat with him a couple of weeks ago after nobody came in for him on deadline day.

"I just told him to get his head down and work hard, because he was still in my thoughts."
