West Brom boss Tony Pulis is determined to overhaul the club's culture.

Pulis says things are "too comfortable" at the Hawthorns.

"The club needs changing in its mentality and everything else around the place," he said. "It's a comfortable club and too comfortable for my liking at times.

"It needs change, but that change doesn't come overnight.

"You need a season or two to really nail it down and get people in who are not comfortable with their life and actually want more and more.

"I think we need more of those players in the dressing room and we certainly need more of them around the club.

"To dust off what a lovely club this is.

"It's a lovely club, but it's a club I think could do a lot better and the mentality has to be you've got to set targets and be ambitious.

"The more I look at it and analyse it that's most probably the little bit of weakness within the place."
