Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis is delighted with his first weeks in charge at Selhurst Park.
Pulis is keen to build on the impressive start he has made at Palace since replacing Ian Holloway.
"The response of everybody around the football club has been first class. Results help and we have some good ones and some good performances.
"We have got to try and continue that. There are areas we have to improved and strengthen on and off the pitch. There are certain areas where we can move a few because we overloaded and areas where we are not so strong that we have to improve. It is a case trying very, very hard to get players who suit us and who we suit as well."
