Leicester City boss Claude Puel has admitted that he is currently plotting a special plan for midfielder Adrien Silva.
Silva will not be able to feature for Leicester City till January due to a registration fiasco but despite the Portuguese international currently not being available for selection, Puel has revealed that he firmly has the midfielder in his plans.
Puel said: "It is important to manage him differently because of course he can't play any game. For example after training sessions he can work on specific things and it is important to continue this opportunity for him.
"I hope you can keep a good level for January. He will be important for the team. It is difficult for the player. I know for example Ben Arfa, who played for Newcastle, he couldn't play for one season. He came back with a good level at Nice and did a fantastic season with Nice.
"It was important to keep him with good levels and good work, with the intensity of the training sessions. The players also needs good character to keep this good mentality of strong hard work in training. Then he can come back with passion, fight and a desire to get into the team when he is available.
"It is important now that he has found a house and all his family are with him. His wife and children are very important."
