Southampton boss Claude Puel is confident his players can get the job done on Thursday night.
The Saints are striving to progress to the Europa League's Round of 32 for the first time in their history when they host Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
Southampton have to beat the Israeli club or come away with a goalless draw to move through with Group K winners Sparta Prague and Puel has assured fans the playing group is up to the task.
"I'm confident my players can handle the pressure," Puel said.
"The two teams have both got an opportunity in this game, because it is like a final.
"We have to give it our all. We are at home and we have showed we are strong with the support of the fans.
"We have to find the right balance with all of the players."
