Psycho: Olympics will help Man Utd ace Giggs' management plans

Team GB coach Stuart Pearce believes Manchester United ace Ryan Giggs can use the Olympics to prepare for his management career.

Giggs has already made an impression behind the scenes on a training camp in Spain this week - and Pearce believes the experience will be invaluable to him.

Pearce revealed: "He has a mentality of going into coaching and management, so I said to him the door is open to come into the coaching meetings with us and flourish from there. He can also help me with the players in the dressing room."

Looking to the future the Team GB boss said: "This is a big opportunity for Ryan Giggs as a man, as well as a player to work with another manager and see how somebody else does things."
