PSV Eindhoven midfielder Jason Culina has agreed to join Gold Coast United for the next A-League season. A PSV source told the Gold Coast Bulletin: "Jason has made up his mind and told Gold Coast he is coming to join them.

"They might not have a signed contract in front of them yet but they will soon."

Culina will earn just over half in Australia -- an estimated $3.3 million over three seasons -- to what's on offer in the Netherlands.

The source added: "Jason wants to show the Australian people how good he is -- and he knows it's a case of now or never in terms of coming home to play."
