PSV Eindhoven are prepared to sell winger Zakaria Bakkali. The Daily Star says Arsenal and Chelsea have been given a massive boost in their pursuit of PSV starlet Bakkali.
The Dutch outfit have admitted they will have to sell Bakkali if he refuses to sign on in a new deal.
